Donald Trump Calls Epstein’s Island A “Cesspool” In Unearthed 2015 Video

A video from the election campaign trail in 2015 shows Trump describing Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous island as an “absolute cesspool,” and suggesting that the issue could become a political problem for Hillary Clinton because her husband and former president Bill Clinton had visited the island many times.

Trump’s comments were made during an interview with Bloomberg in response to questions about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Trump denied any involvement with Epstein’s crimes and insisted that his association with Epstein was only due to the fact that his clubs and casinos are so popular that everyone wants to hang out there, including Epstein.

However, in 2015, it was already well-established in the media that Epstein was a registered sex offender, and he certainly would not want to have any affiliation with the disgraced financier during an election year.

Trump and Epstein were once good friends, and often partied together. Trump even made a reference to Epstein’s interest in younger girls during a 2005 interview with New York Magazine.

Trump said that Epstein was a “terrific guy” whom he had known for 15 years.

“He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side,” Trump said.

There is also the case of Virginia Roberts, who was working at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, when she was approached by Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell about working as a massage therapist for the billionaire. Maxwell then recruited Roberts into Epstein’s trafficking ring, where she was forced to become a sex slave for Epstein and his wealthy friends, including Prince Andrew.

There are many other connections between Epstein and Trump, including their choice of lawyers.

The team of lawyers that represented Donald Trump for his impeachment trial earlier this year featured a few controversial figures including Alan Dershowitz and Ken Starr, two of the attorneys who represented Epstein in his previous court cases.

Trump and Dershowitz even met on Christmas Eve at the infamous Mar-a-Lago resort to discuss the case.

Dershowitz and Starr are not Trump’s only connection to Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, the two were close friends for a long time. Trump made attempts to distance himself from Epstein after the pedophile’s conviction but there has a long, documented history between the two.

Trump’s former Labor Secretary, Alex Acosta, is the lawyer who was responsible for helping Epstein cut a deal to avoid any serious jail time in his previous case. Although Acosta was the prosecutor in the case he worked with Epstein and the defense behind the backs of the victims to ensure that the billionaire pedophile received special treatment.

Acosta was ultimately forced to resign from the Trump administration after his connection to Epstein began to make international headlines.

According to Snopes, Trump also appeared in Epstein’s notorious “little black book,” but the site pointed out that this is not necessarily proof of guilt, because Epstein had many associated that likely had no clue about his lifestyle.

Horowitz could have had a job at one of the top media organizations in the United States, but when working as an intern, he found that the journalists in the newsroom were confined by the anxieties and sensibilities of their bosses. Horowitz loved journalism, but wanted more freedom to pursue more complex topics than you would find on the evening news. Around the same time, he began to notice that there was a growing number of independent journalists developing followings online by sharing their in-depth analysis of advanced or off-beat topics. It wasn't long before Horowitz quit his internship with a large New York network to begin publishing his own material online.
